JangoMail Rolls Out New Features

JangoMail, a permission-based email marketing firm, has introduced a number of new features to its email marketing service aimed at improving usability.

Customers can now connect JangoMail to multiple Salesforce accounts, allowing sales people to share a single JangoMail account to manage their mailings. For organization wide access, users can now create alternate logins for each additional employee.

Graphic calendar and time controls were added to streamline scheduling of email campaigns. JangoMail has also added a new feature for improved customer service. If a recipient’s email address is at a domain that acts as an SMS Gateway, only a text- appropriate version of the message will be sent. This gives email marketers better control over the limited number of characters allocated for texting services.

“We are excited to introduce these new usability enhancements to JangoMail — some of which were originally customer requests,” said Ajay Goel, President of JangoMail.

“We are focused on delivering customer-driven solutions. We continue to add and integrate new features and functionality to improve our service.”

Camrivox, a Cambridge, UK-based developer of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software for the SME market, has been using the enhanced Salesforce feature to connect its JangoMail account to multiple CRM accounts.

“Through connecting to multiple Salesforce accounts, our sales team can now easily see if a customer has received and more importantly read the latest news from Camrivox. It makes each sales call much more effective,” said John Porter, vice president of marketing for Camrivox.
